THE DAY OF CAMP
June 7, 2019 (Friday):
Webelos Camp Activities will start promptly at 12:30 pm, with check-in starting at 12:00 pm. Your pack MUST check in as a pack before starting the activities. Packs that are not checked in by starting time may need to forfeit the first rotation to check in. Camp will by 4:05pm.
June 8, 2019 (Saturday):
Day Camp Activities will start promptly at 8:30 am, with check-in starting at 8:00 am. Your pack MUST check in as a pack before starting the activities. Packs that are not checked in by starting time may need to forfeit the first rotation to check in. Camp will end by 1:50pm.
Health Forms MUST be provided for ALL participants: this includes, boys, leaders and staff. Health forms will be provided to your ward, and are available to download below. Please bring a completed health form for ALL participants the day of camp for check-in.
On Friday, Webelos Camp will need to eat lunch at home before coming to camp.
On Saturday, every Cub Scout and Den Leader needs to bring a sack lunch. Lunch will not be provided. Please provide a cooler for your pack’s lunches. We recommend each boy bring a hat, jacket, sun block, bug spray and water bottle.
This camp is for registered scouts, registered leaders, and staff only. Please verify that all Scouts and adults are registered with the BSA and bring a roster to camp. Please make baby sitter arrangements for other children. (BSA Policy) Please remember you must have at least two-deep leadership, although additional adult leadership is encouraged.
